Your Privacy
At NileLivingston.com I am committed to protecting users privacy at a personal level. I use the information you provide in order to process orders, communicate, provide support, and stay up to date. Any form you accurately fill out and submit on my website will automatically add you to my Mailing List. When you submit any forum on my website I may ask for your name, e-mail address, and a message so that I can communicate with you.
There is an option to Opt-Out from receiving e-mail newsletters if you are already on my mailing list. Your information and proof of contact with me in the past may remain stored privately within my google-mail account’s database unless otherwise requested or specified in a message submitted to me through my Contact page.
I also provide links to affiliated sites and services. The privacy policies of these linked sites are the responsibility of the linked site and I have no control or influence over their policies. Please check the policies of each site you visit for specific information. I cannot be held liable for damage or misdoings of other sites linked or otherwise. What about “cookies”?
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. I do not use cookies to collect or store any personally identifiable information about my visitors or customers. I do however use cookies to keep items in your shopping cart, customize your visit, collect “non-personal” information from you, such as your browser type, the URL of the previous web site you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your IP address. “Non-personal” information cannot be easily used to figure out exactly who you are. I may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with my server and to administer my website. This information aids me in merchandising and in developing the design and layout of the site.
Will I disclose the information I collect to outside parties?
I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. I do however monitor statistics about the number of visitors I have, where the overall traffic comes from, my sale patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

PayPal Payment; Check out
I prefer to use PayPal because it is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, receive money or set up a merchant account. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. I do not have access to anyone’s credit card number, expiration date, nor bank account because paypal acts as a secure middleman. Please review their Privacy Policy.
When you order, I need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and paypal account that is linked to your bank account. Your credit card number, and expiration date are not accessible to me, only to the official PayPal website. They allow me to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
Contracts
If a contract has been written and agreed upon but violated by either party involved in the contract then the penalties include permission to release certain information that would help to review the matter with others, have more parties become involved, and to work towards reinstating the agreements of the contract or formulating a new union.
Copy Right
I stand behind all my art, images, and everything that I am in control of. My family and I will always maintain copyright ownership of images of the original work of art even after it’s been purchased or under new possession. Although some publicity is not in our control, the people Subscribed to my mailing list will still receive newsletter notification about any of my works of art featured in the media even after the original is no longer mine.
