Thick, Creamy and Spicy Raw Vegan Broccoli Soup

  1. Chop the broccoli florets off of the stems.
  2. Add just the broccoli florets to a food processor or high speed blender and pulse or blend mildly so that they can still be identified as broccoli florets. Then scoop this into a large bowl and set aside.
  3. Set aside a small pinch of nutritional yeast, a small piece of the fresh dill, and a pinch of the crushed red pepper to garnish the soup at the end. The rest of the ingredients can be used in the cream.
  4. Next, add all the other ingredients except for the broccoli florets to a food processor or high speed blender and blend them for at least one minute or until the mixture becomes very creamy and well mixed.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture into the bowl with the broccoli florets and stir to combine.
  6. Finally sprinkle the crushed red pepper and nutritional yeast on top of the soup. Add the small piece of fresh dill on top.
  7. Endulge!
